Terms of Service

Sessions and appointments

Appointments are made via the contact form or by email. An appointment is final after confirmation by email from AmelaWise.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged at the full rate.

Payment

Payment takes place after the session, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are provided on request, including all data required for reimbursement by a health insurer.

Confidentiality

All information shared during a session is treated as strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Health complaints

You are responsible for informing AmelaWise of any relevant medical conditions before the treatment begins. AmelaWise reserves the right to refuse a treatment if this is in the interest of the client.

Changes

AmelaWise reserves the right to amend these terms. The most current version is always available at amelawise.nl/terms.
